Welcome Back Michael! Looks like you've been busy in your time away :D

Lots of nice builds there. I'm working on the BT50 at the moment myself.
The Ferrari 500 looks a stunner!

They are simply gorgeous Michael. All are spectacular- but I'm REALLY partial to the Bandini 312. Possibly my favorite F1 race car of all time. May I ask if an occasional modeler, with modest skills, like me, could turn a decent job on that kit. I've never built Tameo, metal, or 1/43rd- but that little beauty is pretty tempting. I can be pretty meticulous- and I do like small things- but it looks like the kit is around $150- so I'd like to hear your opinion before I invest that much. It looks like a really hard build- especially those spaghetti pipes. Let me know if you have a chance. Thanks

Hey Michael, great to see you back! Superb work, all of them!

Did I miss your build-up of the 310 or was that not done online? Was great to be able to follow most of them - always such valuable hints and tips from a true master.

Michael

I'd like to ask a favour if you don't mind.
Can you compare the tyres of the Ferrari 312 with those of the Matra MS80 or Lotus 72?
Are they about the same sizes or visibly different?

Thx

Hi,
I posted a bunch more photos of the 312 '67 on Tameo's facebook page. Hopefully this link works...

https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set ... 661&type=3

Its a well detailed kit, and if you take your time, no reason to be concerned. The pipes are cash in 4 parts, and they all attach directly into the engine block. Take you time and it should come together well.

Cheers
