experience with final assemblies 1/12 Tyrrell P34

Post by amerikalei »

After decades I'm finally building this Tamiya kit and really enjoying it. FWIW it's been educational to actually assemble a car from this era of rearward weight distribution. It is also striking how little protection the driver had with the lowline tub.

I'm getting to the final steps for mounting radiators, fixing hoses, etc. Instructions seem fairly clear but routing the hoses and getting them to stay connected has been challenging. Wondering if others who've done this build before have any tips or suggestions. Thanks.
