Thank you everyone for the replies, Looks like i need to pre solder the parts (something i didn't do first try) i found some solder that has a lower melting point than the white metal and have some different kinds of flux to. I hope to have time to try it again this week on the rear wing of the Onyx. Thanks to everyone for commenting!
