Hello Marco,

I read a lot of bad thing about this kit, but you did a very nice build, all look perfect despite the decal problem.

Cheers

Beautiful build, Marco, congratulations! Great to see that kit so smoothly finished. I have one of these that I tried to convert to the Spanish GP version but it had a paint problem, threw it in a box and it's still there over 20 years later. Of all Revell 1/24 F1 that I have built, none went without a lot of work.

Very nicely done. I have one, and was disappointed when I opened the box, but you have given me hope!
Thanks for the heads up on the decals and seams.

The older Revell decals are difficult to work with. They look great when they are on the decal paper. However, they are very stiff and do not adhere to model surface well. I ended up using Future as a glue to put them on.

The newer ones look better. The sheet for my Revell 1/24 Mercedes W01 works nicely.

I also has this Williams kit. I want to build it as the winner at Sliverstone. So I need some different decals. It is still in the box.
