You may need to be patient. I emailed him on Dec 4 and received a response on Dec 15. He said he has been sick and has fallen behind on responding to emails and orders. On the 16th my order went out.

I spoke to him at the end of November and his answer was that he would have heart surgery in December and then he would go to rehab. If all goes well, he will be back in business by early to mid-January. Then he will handle the accumulated orders by order date. So it will take a while for him to catch up. Isn't there a date on his website when he'll be back in business? Saw a poast on FB today. Given the circumstances, he should be doing well and recovering soon.
