This is my favorite WIP on the forum. Glad to see it's still moving along. I agree with Daveyman, the color is great.

Thanks @bossy122 for the link to hobbyeasy. is there maybe anyone for the EU that has ordered with them 'recently' regarding the customs?

Unfortunately just received a message from hobbyeasy all the versions of the Tyrrell are sold out so the search continues, will get a second LC90 to convert to the LC89 so that's another car checked of!

Hey all! Little update,
Didn't have a lot of building time but tried doing as much as i could. The Lotus and Mclaren are a bit on hold but managed to work a little on the Benetton.
started of with the rear suspension shown below:

As the parts are mainly a carry over from the Tamiya B188 kit making the cf decals was easy as i already had a scan of them:

Another nice thing has happened as some might already know: i managed to get the Minardi M189 and the Tyrrell 018!
Also got a second Larrousse LC90 to convert into the LC89 (from what i can see so far only some panellines and the airbox are different as is the livery)

great paintjob on the Benetton, and congrats on getting the Minardi & Tyrrell kits, not easy to find!
