MFH customer support

Post by mvc »

Hi all,

Has anyone had any contact with MFH customer support recently? I have tried multiple times contacting them (over a period of multiple weeks) about a malformed part, very politely, but no reaction. I tried via direct email and the inquiry form on the website.

This is getting a bit annoying now... Years ago i had a similar problem with a missing part, and they sent me a replacement part within days.

Any suggestions/insights?

Marcus

There was talk of some contact issues a couple of years back on another forum and some email addresses were put forward to try.
I just made a note of them at the time for future reference and have never had occasion to try any of them.
They are on Facebook too which may be worth a try.

Thanks! I'll be patient for a while, and if I don't hear anything within a few weeks I'll reach out to those email addresses.

I had conversations with Kyoko in May of this year regarding missing parts, and she was using the aforementioned email: shopmaster@modelfactoryhiro.com

It did take a while to get my first response due to them being rather busy.

I have had several missing parts on a Lancia Beta Montecarlo in the last couple of weeks. Immediate despatch of missing parts to the UK followed along with profuse apologies and the offer of free postage on another kit as it seems a whole sprue of resin parts was omitted.

They are definitely working so I would try again to the Shopmaster email address. I addressed my first email to Kyoko.
