3d printing: Porsche 917k in 1/12 scale

Hello,
Here I show you my prototype of the Porsche 917k in 1/12 scale.
Everything was created on the 3d printer and I built both versions from 1970 and 1971 at the same time.
Hope you like it?













The individual parts are more or less simply put together directly from the printer without much rework.

Very nice work again. I will say your wheels look much better on this one. I wish you would sell the wheels separately and also put these wheels in the 917/10 kits.

What about to do an engine for the 917/10 1972? I'm, thinking to buy one but would like to display opened to show the engine

Never thought about an engine for the 917/10.
That would need massive changes to the complete rear chassis. Would be better to make a new one.
Sorry but I don't think that that will ever happen.
So much other cars on my bucket list.
Someone was asking me if I can put the body of the 1972 longtail on this car. That's something I will try. But again sorry, no engine for the 917/10.
