One time I was surprised how much sponsors has Jordan in 1995,
For exapmle for Australian GP I count 31 sponsor's logo (I don't count technology partners at the bottom (on the black carbon). Real nightmare to prepare decals.

Anyone saw more sponsors that Jordan has those time?

I think you’ve gone straight to the winner. Definitely that era. There were some plastered minardis, but behind the jordan.
Re: Maximum q-ty of sponsors for F1 car
Cool question, I've been working on the Minardi M193 Adelaide GP version, for which I needed to make some additional decals so I happen to have a list.
It is close, but if you do include the technology sponsors on the Jordan, then the Jordan is still ahead.
PS If anyone recognises the logo on the rear sidepod (above Kidland), could you please let me know by Private Message? (so as not to digress this thread)

I couldn't find the story right now, but this record might go to Naoki Hattori and the Coloni at Suzuka 1991.
IIRC Hattori received support from MANY private persons to get the seat at Coloni. So all his supporters got their name on the car:

I checked the Lotus 107C and the version with the most advertising should be Pedro Lamy's San Marino car, IF you consider Pepe Jeans and Tommy Hilfiger as two separate companies. In fact Tommy Hilfiger owns Pepe Jeans.
Pedro had several personal sponsors on his car, which are missing on the car of Johnny Herbert. I did a quick count and only got to 26.
Jeff, the logo seems to be something related to an Italian Government organisation. The shape immediatly reminded me of a logo JamesB recently asked for:
