Good morning ... in 1991 I flew down from canada to phenix for that race , Steve I was in grandstand across for pit lane on straight we were about 10ft up in air right at edge of track with cars going by blew our feet unbelievable really , would not happen today ..as they went by in quailifing the rudder from tiers was shooting straight up in air and hitting us , warm rubber , I remember bring that ball of rubber home ...what a weekend !
went to PING while is was there and bought new golf clubs also ...lol!

Very nice pictures Steve, like the diorama scene.
Only one sad point i have to go to is the rain tires, the tread is not realy scale/wrong and at least two are showing in the wrong direction on the picture the car is driving trough the rain, can`t see the fourth tire
The pit diorama is great, Set up wheels also a bit out of scale, but overall nice result, still have the same idea but i will embed it in a small table with a glass plate on top.
