I see price varies between 200-300 euro on the net.

Yes mates you might be right but that seems to be the price here in Spain with shipping. If anything 10€ less...

Yikes, I wonder if the HLJ price will go up once the kit is released.
Re: 1/12 Lotus 99t NUNU
My local store has a retail of 360 on it. With pre order discount, it’s 280. I think we’ll see those pre-order prices pop up.

Re: 1/12 Lotus 99t NUNU
As much as I'm experienced with hobby link japan, I don't know how pre-order pricing works. I show the new new Lotus 99T at $192. That has been the price since I pre-ordered it last April.
So, can I expect that price to remain the same as when I pre-ordered it or is there a chance that my price may change as well ?
Thanks,
Steve Mohlenkamp

when I was young, all the boys made model cars, ...some of us just never stopped !
Re: 1/12 Lotus 99t NUNU
I wouldn’t expect it to be honored. It’s really hard for a company to lose money on a product to try and honor their best guess when the initial release was planned. It’s happened on a few items I’ve ordered over the years - the fine molds 1/72 millennium falcon came to mind. Preordered it when it was 180, ended up paying 220.

Not sure if I am answering the question. But generally speaking, it looks the tobacco advertisement was kinda allowed during practice while it was surely NOT come race day. That has had me wondering why some cars had tobacco and some not on these races in the eighties.
But then also CAMEL tried a trick (other brands did too) by creating "Camel racing service" as a paralel brand that was theorethically "non tobacco" and trying so to make the best of some loop hole in the rules...
BAck to the model , I was about starting to think of some transormation ideas, but honestly for me at 300eu it´d be too expensive. For that token I´d probably prefer an MFH...

They also used Came 1 st as a way of getting round the tobacco ban, like Jordan with their very clever Bitten & Hisses, Buzzen Hornets etc,

Interesting as I was looking to see if he had snuck “this is a preorder” clause in there but he hasn’t. Maybe, just maybe, it’s coming out?

Re: 1/12 Lotus 99t NUNU
I do not believe that this seller has the kit in stock due to another delay of release date at Hobbyeasy till mid april, he also shows only pictures from internet and honestly the feedback the seller has is not realy what i would like to deal with!
Take a stand!
