1/8 Tyrrell

Mocking up new front tires for the 1/8 Tyrrell. The kit supplies the Japanese GP Rains but they just don't look right and I'd rather do the Swedish GP version anyway. I plan a lot of printed parts as the kit is a bit fundamental in some areas (See 917 thread) but great in others. I will need to build wheels unless I want to cut the metal kit versions but I may save those with the rains.

Watching with interest; any possibility of offering additional parts to a fellow 1/8th Tyrrell P34 modeler?

Sure-Once I get closer I will have both data you can use to print your own or I can print and mail... It will be kinda sporadic but will keep you posted

Printed some tests-Now I can fiddle with proportion and surface. Had the pinholes from actual but may need to scale so it looks correct...

Sorry-the left Tire has the kit wheel. It's metal which is nice but not correct...
