Thank you Mike for your kind words.
May I ask you another question on the 1/43 fuel injectors.
Golden tip on the tubes you use. I got them. I now have enough for the rest of my model building life!!!
Can you give me a hint on how you cut these to the right length?
When I try to cut these I tend to squeeze the tubes flat on the ends.
Cutting with the dremel disc proved also difficult due to the extreme short length of the pieces needed. Only one, and two mm.

What a nice little car you have build here. Brilliant job! And a nice tribute for Piers.
I like this car very much despite it's sad history.
From what I know this car had some potential, which was only shown once at the International Trophy at Silverstone.
Piers had missed the practice because he also had to drive the 1000km race of Monza. So he got the last place on the grid with 24 cars.
He finished the first heat third behind Amon and Stewart, beating McLaren, Rindt, Hulme, Brabham, Hill and many other Formula 5000 entries.
For the second heat he had to start from the last place again, and once again finished third!
Unfortunalty this race didn't count for the world championchip, so this performance is almost forgotten.
