If I may suggest this is regarding upcoming releases - NOT regarding wishlists.

Definitely no stupid wishlists.

Will we finally see the Ebbro 49B and 88 in 2016, or will the long wait continue?

That's the never-ending, 64,000 dollar question. I don't hold my breath for Ebbro releases any more. Besides, I've got plenty of other kits to do in the pile.

But it might help to remember that Ebbro founder, Mr Kiya, is a die-hard fan of Honda and Japanese contributions to motorsport. He's said so himself many times in print, and online. Remember all those 1/20 diecast, 1960s and 70s Honda F1 cars he did, when Ebbro was just starting out? And the way he put his new Honda-engined MP4/30 project ahead of the 49B, 49C and other projects this year? And have you noticed that the lion's share of his 1/43 diecasts are of Japanese cars, in various other race genres too?

And when Allan and I spoke to Mr Kiya at the Hobby Forum last month, he said that he has moulds for a 1/20 plastic, Honda-engined, space (pipe) frame, Brabham BT-18 Formula Two kit just about ready. So who knows. Maybe we'll see a BT-18 before we see a 49B, or a 88, or a 91. I know I'll just be happy with anything he produces. I love his kits!

Cheers, Chris

Anyway, in the latest F1Modeling issue, there's an half-page article about Ebbro's 91 and 88 Lotus, and there's a "2016" printed in it.

And maybe the first plastic F1 kit of 2016 can be the "early season" version of the MP4/30, since the "mid season" version, which was announced for November, will be on the shops only next week.

well, it´s sad to see those beautiful kits without being sold.Let´s hope they will finally start to sell them in 2016...

What about tamiya, fujimi and revell? will they launch anything in the F1 subject?

So in Ebbro speak we should see them before 2019.
