BMW, I think your model looks great. Well done build too.
I've seen OOB Ebbro Lotus 49 and it looks very good in person as well. There is always room for improvement on the
part of kit manufacturer. But most important, I think, is that Ebbro provides great base kit in terms on accuracy and
engeneering, much like Tamiya usually does. Then it is up to model builder to decide how far you want to go with
extra details and how much extra effort you want to put into build. I'm looking forward to starting my own build of
Rob Walker 72C kit in the future.

Nice build. Thanks also for the build review (not that I'm making this kit). Given your observations about fit etc the lengthy delays in releasing this kit may well have been to do with issues around fit. Thankfully it does go together, and as lezdep mentioned gives the aspiring detailer something to think about and do.

Re: Tyrrell 003 - Jackie Stewart Monaco 1971
That is true guys
To be fair to Ebbro, I should list the positives as well
First off: The kit exists. Among all the Shermans, Tigers, Fucke Wulfs and Spitfires, it is nice to see a manufacturer continue making F1 kits in 1/20th scale.
On the kit, the detail is good. Engine is well made, lots of radiator and suspension parts, and moulding (apart from a few issues mentioned) is good.
The decals are from Cartograph, so not only hold true colour, but respond well to Microset and Microsol
The tires are easy to work with (easy to sand to remove seams) and have printed logos.
And the kit is historically accurate as well. Not like some kits which are of no particular race or configuration...

Hi BMW,
Thanks for showing your beautiful Tyrrell 003 and the pictures of the real car.
I still loves F1 cars from the 70's and 80's. There were so many different approach to the designs from different teams.

My compliments to BMW and for showing negative/positive things of the kit.
For those who like to improve this kit, instead of making OOB, I'd like to suggest to wait for making their own kit, since a new TK will be done before Xmas (at least just after Xmas).
