thanks guys!

daveyman - yes the thought occurred to me too, e.g. to paint my own "MarlinBoron" chevrons, or the brand-logos on the tyres. I think it should be possible.

Hi Jeff,
that's some great progress on the Ferrari and the Sauber. And that masking job worked really well! :-)

It might have to do with the angle of the pictures, but the Ferrari rearwing looks a bit too high. Has it the same high as the Sauber and the Larrousse?

Great update Jeff and good to see you are still at it. Obviously the new house allows painting in the colder months…love the printer, do you do commission work😋

Thanks again guys for your comments :)

Steffen_T - well-spotted about the rear wing; the Ferrari is much too tall  , I will fix it. Fortunately it is still a test-fit, nothing is glued yet.

thanks Shayne - I'm still on a steep learning curve with the ALPS printer, can do black prints & some basic colours; the professional printers have nothing to fear from me, lol :)

Lovely project and some of the best looking cars ever. That F93A is still such a beauty.
Good luck!

thanks Schumi! The winter cold slowed me down, but now the weather is improving and I'm back onto it.

Today I started clear-coating the Sauber; I will do the same with the S27 Ferrari F93A tomorrow. Minardi M193 is getting its final coats of white paint, and I also started the McLaren MP4/8. The second F93A and Williams FW15C will receive some colour soon. More updates and pics to come.
