Hi!
I recently bought BBR's Ferrari F310B Monaco conversion on eBay and I am having some question about it.
Included is a carbon fiber decal, and I cant figure out where to place them.
The instuctions dont say that...
Parts one to 7 are pretty self explanatory once you have the kit in front of you, but where do parts 8 to 13 go ???
And also: Are there any things that I should watch out for when building the kit ?

RE: Question about BBR
I'm building the tamiya kit at the moment and I'd say 8 & 9 are rear wing end plates.. 12 & 13 look to be the back of the undertray in front of the rear wheels...
good luck with the kit!
good luck with the kit!

RE: Question about BBR
To me 8 and 9 seem to go inside the cockpit. Years ago i built BBR's Ferrari 310 and if I remember correctly these decals went on the cockpit sides, bit tricky to place them use plenty of water and not too much softener before you have slid them in the right position.
Good luck. Harm

RE: Question about BBR
Thanks guys!
It seems as the only logical answer.
That parts 8-9 go on the inside of the cockpit, and parts 10-13 go on the undertray.
I hadn't thought of using carbon fiber on the model, but well, I guess ill have to carbonize the whole lot now

RE: Question about BBR
believe me use the sheet, I built this and decided to use another sheet of C/F as I didnt like the weave on this sheet. It was so much harder work than to use the templates. Ive added info on my site for the best places to find reference material for the car but If you want a hand with references just gimme a shout. Best of luck, its a fine model.

RE: Question about BBR
Hello!
seamus, I would like some references, thanks!
Can you point me to a website with some photographs of the engine compartment ?
Also, on your model, how did you paint it ?
Personally I have assembled the monocoque, and will paint & decal it before I install the seat, steering wheel, but I don't quite know if I should combine the sidepods-sides with the rear wing endplates (& mini wings) with the rear wing, and paint the whole lot together.
It would be easier than to try to fix the rear wing assembly after painting, but can the decals on the rear wing be placed, after it has been assembled ???
