1/20 Ferrari 126CK Spanish Grand Prix

Post by gilles.r »

Hi,

This is the next F1 1/20 kit by Fujimi :D
http://www.hlj.com/product/FUJ09035

Surely followed by one or two more versions ...
Let's see in our books which versions differ slightly to allow Fujimi to change few parts.

James , please , do you have a picture to share with us ?
Thank you in advance

Bye
Gilles

Thats faaaaaackin blooooooody gooooooood!!!!!!!! :) :)
I have two good news today: this one and that I parked my car near home  BTW you can see I updated my avatar honouring the ST! ;-)
OK, mon ami: here you are.
Image
Anyway I must admit I googled it, don't have one available right now!
I'd have to scan it from the GPI book.
Hey, have I said it's a bloody good news?
Serious, I never scratch built this car, I love it for its mix of uglyness and charm.
Yes, some versions: Long Beach, high wing, etc.
Hey, this sounds good: Fujimi on the right path :) It's the beginning of a longstanding friendship... between Fujimi and us!

PS: BTW the picture is from Zolder!! ;-)

... I just hope Fujimi realizes there were other great car makes in that era too! If they only do Ferrari's I'll take it. But I'd love to see some of the 75-85 Era that Tamiya didn't do.

Great, great news! :D
And as indycals said, let's hope they will release some '70s Ferraris as the B3, T or T4.
About the CK: I believe they have a Monaco version on the way! :D

Hi,

Thank you James

The most probable version by Fujimi would be the "late seasion" version , which differs be the nose + front wing , as Canada , and may be the rear suspension , according my Meri Kits Ferrari guide.,

For LongBeach version , one more complete transkit would be necessary including the rear wing + the Comprex overcharging system and surely the decoration set.

Bye

Long Beach Version also had the rads venting through the top of the sidepods.... Later versions had vents in the side, so a new cowling would be needed too...

Great news! I will probably be selling some items that I haven't gotten too to fund some of these purchases.
