No you aren’t. I’ve had the same issue, once the part was missing and the other times I’d messed up the part. MFH is really good about this (not so during COVID) but if you write them and tell them the part is missing or that you need a replacement they’ll be very responsive. I ask for the replacement part and offer to pay the price. From my perspective, I’ve had a 100% success.

It used to be that Kyoto Hiro would respond directly, delightfully so. Not sure she hasn’t delegated this but good luck!
