Hi

I know it has been a while, but did it ever get its top cover? I have a sudden interest in this kit as I just have bought one on ebay getting a new mortgage, prostituting the wife and selling the kids for medical experiments in the process...

Best regards

Flemming

It would be nice to see this one finished. I have one in my pile to build.

Where does time go, I had not realized that 13 years have gone by and this McLaren is still not finished, but getting close to the finish line. The dreaded fitment issue with this kit have made me realize that the body will never fit and will have to be displayed off the car, but who wants to cover up all the details. I decided to build some stands to hold the body work and chassis so I can take the wheels off, also a small hand truck to haul the front spoiler around. After several attempts I finally got the front nose and spoiler put together, painted, decaled and a hand full of fasteners.
