Since, I missed out on tickets for Canada I am considering COTA in 2024.
I was hoping that some folks could share what is the best approach for lodging in the Austin area? Do, you stay in Austin? Further away?
Just looking for ideas now.

I have read that it’s best to stay in Austin proper, and shuttle to the racetrack. That most hotels operate shuttles that weekend. Wish I was more helpful but I’ve not been to the track, but my brothers have, and that’s how they did it. One was even a marshal there, he’s a fireman so they were happy to have him.
