In my computer I see only blue colour, nothing green. Don't see why do you think it's the B194

Lotus 88. First F1 car with carbon tub, and the scrutineering sticker even matches the one on the actual car...

The B194 was arguably the most butt-ugly F1 car of all time, including that hideous blue-green livery. Money stays in the checking account if it’s that
creature!

Could it be any car that was scrutineered that day?

I do see the joke about the Lotus 88 being "passed" by the scrutineers at the 81 British GP but not being allowed to race. However personally I only want to build cars that actually raced reasonably successfully. However maybe that XJ13 sold well.

More in hope than expectation I did just wonder about the 1981 Champion Car - the beautiful Brabham BT49. Its primary colours were blue and white.

As far as I know, this car has never been "kitted" in either 1/12 or 1/20 - but I am sure I will be corrected on this if I am wrong.

Studio 27 did several versions of the BT49 in 1/20th a few years ago. I agree, the BT49 would be great in 1/12!

I’m not sure that the BT49 had a carbon fiber chassis though. I think the Lotus 88 is the best bet and Hiro has already done 1/20 version.

RMB did a BT49 transkit for the Tamiya BT50. The parts were white metal and of pretty good quality. The decals covered a range of cars form 1979 through 1981 including a red version. I don't believe that very many of this kit were made.
