Crazy price and way of making business, IMHO
200 USD on their website.

I hope the other sellers can keep the prices at this level. Romu, for example, spoke of around 30,000¥, which would also be around 210€.

Only the first 30 pcs will get the secret bonus, let's see what it is.

@Thomas:
You write about the oz decals that the sheet does not contail the correct amount of decals AGAIN.
What do you mean with again?
Are there other recent RB models available?
You need 3 OZ decals for each rim, so in total 12 pcs. On the decals sheet are only 4.

I know for now only the 2 NewScratch/WingModel kits of the RB16B (Turkish GP and AbuDhabi GP).

OK, so its not "as bad" but still "bad" :)
Still, for 200 USD, it should be MFH quality, but it appears not to be, judging from the decals etc.

The "Secret Gift" is "a nice racing girl figure" according to my communications with them, and may still be offered.

There are slight adjustments to the decals... the track layouts are now both included - Turkish and Dutch GP!

My kit arrived today.
The box has a great design... :D 3 different views, but that's just for the connoisseurs.

At first view, everything is packed very well.

http://steinietrabi-skoda-fabia.de/Modellbau/Red%20Bull%20RB16B%20AlphaModel/IMG_7946.JPG

Even at second view it looks as if everything is well packed. many different bags and packed so that there is little movement.

http://steinietrabi-skoda-fabia.de/Modellbau/Red%20Bull%20RB16B%20AlphaModel/IMG_7947.jpg

The instructions are very clear, but all the important steps are clearly listed - 2 pages (A4 size) printed in color on the back and front.

Here are the decals again. The route from Zandvoort has been added. Just like the Mobil 1 logo bug fixed.
The Red Bulls are a kind of fluoro-red, I would say even better than the NewScratch kit.

The OZ logos and the tire decals are open if someone wants to block the Inters (but more on that later ;) ).

In addition to the decals, masking stickers are also included (can be seen in the picture below the PE parts).

Here is an overview of the complete contents of the kit.

I'll make another post where I'll take some more detailed photos of the different parts. All in all, the resin casting is mega detailed and sometimes super thin... It's a miracle that this works at all!!! I'm definitely excited.

Some of the elements are really very thin and I also have a few defects to complain about.
I also have the left side of the badgeboard elements twice, but the right ones are missing.

If you want to do the Turkish GP version you may need Intermediates.
So I checked to see if the Inters I made for the NewScratch model would also fit on the AlphaModel kit.
Unfortunately, that's not quite the case, but it should be easy to customize.
I have already adjusted the 3D data, the printing is already running for a first trail.

Thanks for all the photos! Sad to see some broken bits (and errors), but there's some pretty thin resin going on there in places. It does look like it was well packaged, but .....

Waiting for mine to arrive.
