Clearview Brabham BT46 decals

I have a question. Are the decals from the Tamiya Brabham BT46 from Cartograf?

Looking at my sheet, all it says is, "Printed in Japan.....2002". And for some reason, they included a sheet of chrome foil......what the hell is that for?

The chrome foil is for covering the aluminium body.

I figured that was probably the case, but I can't imagine it would look good. Who can tell?

if decals are printed by Cartograf, the box carries their logo

No Cartograph on the 2002 box. Were there subsequent releases of the Clear View kit?
