So it's definitely a GT.
Looking at that funny reflection at the bottom right this could be the extra light ( indicator I guess ) from the DBR1.

I remember seeing an indicator as such in another car's headlight somewhere. Maybe Porsche 550?
If that is indeed the reflection and not actually in there, it would be a really really nice curve ball :P

That aside, the DBR1 has been my desktop bg for a few years some time ago. It then changed to a twin turboed 3.6 restomod 911G.
Cheers,
Roman

I think DBR1 is confirmed with the latest photo and is hard to pass model.

So, what about the color choice?

Zero paints matched color (hard to find) or something else?

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I don't like Le Mans body kit. Hope for the regular version, in the future.

Oh wee. While it is a Lemons ;) winner, I agree that the regular body is more pleasing to my eyes.

Yes, me too. Waiting for a regular body version in 1:24. Until then I have more than enough to build anyway :-)

Could this be the start of a series of Carroll Shelby cars....there are many great subjects among them, but the 289 FIA cobra, the Daytona, and the GT350R would be ideal.
Two done in 1/24 scale already, and all would be stunning in 1/12.
Better yet, all have drivelines that are identical, the Daytona and the Cobra are basically the same car, and many other parts are interchangeable which would cut down costs for Hiro.

One can dream....

I have the model and it is very nice, other than the wheels. They measure 37mm with a micrometer wich is way to big. The wheels on the real car are 16 inches. The tires also are to small. I don't understand how this happened.
