I have this kit and have been debating how detailed to built it. I was going to just do a simple build, that was until I saw your awesome build. Your carbon work is excellent. Your attention to detail is as well. I am finishing up a 1/4 MotoGP bike and then finish 2 1/8 Ferrari 643s, which are 4/5 done, so the MP4/4 is on deck. Yours will be my template.

hello from Germany,

within in the last four weeks I worked a lot on the McLaren. The scale is a big challenge but also a lot of fun. I overhauled the exhausts and the waste gates. I finished the cockpit and added a lot of fasteners, clamps and all the little stuff that brings our models to life. Today I want to show you the last progress. I would like to show you my scratched electronic system on the left sidepod and the new pipes from the air intake.

lets go to the pictures:

the new electronic system and a lot of cables

Superb Job mate! :)
Like the sidepodunit, very nicely detailed, wish my 1:20 would pop out that nice! :D
Anyway, great work!

Hey guys, thank you for kind comments. I worked again on the McLaren and add a lot of details. Also the "refurbished" engine is almost complete. So, I don't want to withhold you the result.
