Hi, this photo is from the race of Montjuic at Barcelona, note the yellow rombe on the side for non smoking sign .

I'm working on the Jackie Stewart car of that race too.

The mirrors on that race in Jackie's are also black, and the visor helmet due to Barcelona sun is black. In Monaco was yellow tint.

I would say blue if coloured, if not just aluminium, I would seach photos for the especific race you want to depict.

I had the same doubts in my build about the aerofoils at front in barcelona race were chrome but latrer were painted blue

Well, time to start building the beast. I know many did not care for the wide
Up turned nose of this version, agreed the round nose was more pleasing to the
car buffs. But I am one of those who get turned on by the odd looking ones.
Hope to post photos soon of where I am beginning,
the heart of the racer, the engine.
So for now ado. Really am pleased with all the help and advice from my modeler
friends.

No sir, the round nose was not included nor the driver.
Does include his helmet visor.
