Looking forward to see some progress on this.
And just a point of interest, since I noticed this a couple weeks ago. I had always thought that Emerson's helmet was black. It was not. I saw a race-worn 1974 helmet and it was metallic indigo (purple-ish blue) with dayglo red. If you find a good photo from the era you can tell, but in 99% of photos it looks black because the blue is EXTREMELY dark.

He changed it up in those years. IN 74 it was a LOT darker.

Yes, I confirm it. And yes in the Lotus-Mac days was quite darker...
