Re: What is your latest model purchase
Let's see if we can get this old thread rolling again.
Yesterday I attended the annual show put on by the Long Island Auto Replicators Society (LIARS club). As well as there being a bunch of nice built ups there was a decent selection of vendors from whom I picked up the following:
Matchbox Auto Union Type D 1/32
Hasagawa Lancia Stratos HF "Stradale" 1/24
One vendor had the Revival Auto Union but it wasn't on their table, it was on a shelf behind them which is code for "Yeah, that kit's really, really expensive". In hindsight, I regret not going through the trouble of at least inquiring.
A Hobby Shop down the street had the Revell Kurtis Midget Offy which has been on my to buy list for a long time now.

Re: What is your latest model purchase
Since MFH seems to be getting out of the Ferrari business in 1:20 scale, I picked up a 312. I have always liked the late 60's cars because of their lack of sponsorship decals and their very minimalist bodywork prior to the aero aids. I also like the small engine/light weight concept of F1 of the time even though these cars were death traps.

I save my money for a mfh kit of a porsche in 1/12.
Cross fingers that one will come someday!

Re: What is your latest model purchase
Like PeteJ I also picked up a 1/20 MFH Ferrari since they are no longer selling them. For me it was the hybrid 312T4 since I saw them race back in the day.

Not a model but I just received two TFVF1 mp4/6 formula perfect kits in the mail. They go with the TFV 641 kit I received a while ago.
