It was hard to restrict myself to just the one vote - but rules is rules.

Oh great!!
you really made us laugh, Eric. That was good.
We can also go on with follow up od options...
-Carlos is abducted by aliens from Area51 but is returned for being a bore. Aliens ask Carlos senior for a million as ransom but Matador answers them he´ll happily pay two if the keep junior

I've learned that pleasing everyone is impossible, but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.

My vote:
People wonder why the stands are half empty with hotel and ticket prices being low without realizing they're down 95% from the peek.
I really wanted to go to this race. Its my 40th birthday this weekend, and likely my last child free year as well. When I got early access last year to tickets, I was amazed to see grand stands were $2k...but figured that hotels would be reasonable. They weren't. Places had 3-5 day minimums with 2.5k per day being the average. All in, it was likely going to be $20k just to get there and out. I remember my first USGP at Indy cost $100-200 for 2 tickets and camping. I'm sure the hotel room would be nicer...but they really overstepped the mark on what people were willing to spend.
I looked at ticket prices and hotels earlier this week, and it would be about what I budgeted for...but its too late. Their hubris lost out on a lot of people.
