Thank you all. I will be picking this project up again over the holidays with the goal of completion after a long hiatus.....life gets in the way of our hobbies. I also started a MFH RS 01 to go along with the RE 20. That is almost ready for paint. Stay tuned.

Saying "awesome" is probabl staying short :D
One thing, I'd go fro slightl darker upper rocker arms, at the rear.

Your attention to detail is making me drool! LOL All the engine and engine bay prepping, painting and plumbing is especially amazing!

Thank you for the encouraging comments and tips! I will go darker on the rear suspension when I figure out how the exhaust sits on top and I can weather it up and stain it. All the fiddy bits are next. I got stopped because the big under tray needs lots more prep, masking, fitting and aluminum finish. The upper cowl was getting snagged on the engine heads too and not a really tight fit to the front suspension pontoons either. I had to grind out some plastic to get it to sit better and a little warp at the rear after 30 yrs in a box. It will need to be screwed down or left off for display.
