Anybody watching Daytona 24?

Post by steveracer »

I have been planning our summer vacation to Montana, with the Daytona 24 on the computer in the background.

Later, may get some modeling done in the basement, however, Sunday is a long day for the race until late in the afternoon - plenty of time to get some bench time in.

Anyone else watching this race?

Yes I am. They are 6+ hours into the race as I type this reply.

Also watching on the computer, while sorting and filing away pictures from of past builds.

What a weird start where the #79 WeatherTech Porsche getting bunted into the 62 Risi Ferrari.

Estre's brake lights came on before the BMW hit him. Bud did not seem to slow. It was really odd.

Of course; I'm rooting for #6 in LMP3, since one of my former virtual racing teammates (Grand Prix Legends and rFactor) is driving on that car :)
