Engine cover in place. Magnets are working well. I also secured the support stays that are present in the sidepod. They are still in brass in the photos to show them up better in the pictures, painted since. I also added the support stays from the cam covers to the turbo units, again from brass wire.

I'm really liking the colours. An attractive livery. Nice work on the inner radiator ducts, custom-made from plastic sheet, and the cut-out for an electronics box under the roll bar, too.
I also like your magnet idea (page 2). Seems you've overcome the "floating cowl" problem with this kit nicely.
Cheers, Chris

Continued great work on the Williams !! The powertrain looks so realistic, and the finish on the body is spot-on. Looking forward to seeing more.

Chris

Thanks guys. Hoping to get back on with this one soon. Just needs it's front wings and wheels/tyres adding. I am trying to devise a suitable jig for using P/E tyre templates for consistent and repeatable results.

Great work on the paint job and decals! It will be nice to see how the "headless driver" in the background turns out, too. Your work on the race suit already looks good from here.
Cheers, Chris
