Tyrrell 008 P. Depailler, Swedish GP 1978 finished
1/20 scale Studio 27 kit has been finished
It wasn't the easiest build. I had some problems, many of them by my own fault.
The story is here: viewtopic.php?f=62&t=21070
I'm not a friend of multi media kits as I don't like to work in those materials. If I should build one it has to be something I really want.
The Tyrrell 008 was one such object. A very nice looking car. It will fit in quite good with my Lotus 79's

Re: Tyrrell 008 P. Depiller, Swedish GP 1978
I bought new tyres from MFH and added the front rims from a MFH Lotus 79. New seatbelts and scratch built front wing end plates and side skirts was added.
I am rather pleased with the end result even though I didn't get it 100 % right.

Great result, especially after the painting mishap.

Like it. If you hadn't pointed out the slight inaccuracy in your WIP I doubt most of us would have noticed. Nice work. I've never seen Badmonth logo like it is on the rear wing, very unusual.
