These are some of what I consider the most interesting cars of the mid 70's of the smaller teams. Weather it is the livery that attracts you to the car or the performance or simply the driver behind the wheel which is your favorite. All cars are from the pre-ground effect era some consider the golden age of F1. You can pick your top three. If you change your mind you can change your vote. Have fun!!!
I would have also included the Penske PC4 Interscope, Penske PC4 ATS, March 721 but the poll will only allow 11 choices

It really depends... if available as a 1/20 plastic injection kit for 40-45€ I would buy and build all of them. If it's about a MM kit >100€, then the answer is none...

NOPE! I have no intention of making kits for anyone, sorry
Please!!! Just stop this is NOT a wish list thread. Plenty of those elsewhere on F1M that you can add to.racingkars wrote: ↑Sat Jan 23, 2021 1:37 pm I have much different kits in my wishlist:

Why does it always have to come down to this, $$$$$$$$? Why complicate a simple question? Are you unable to answer without thinking about something that hasn't even been mentioned?MarcoSaupe wrote: ↑Sat Jan 23, 2021 2:19 pm It really depends... if available as a 1/20 plastic injection kit for 40-45€ I would buy and build all of them. I ask a simple question and even give a number of choices to pick from. These are some subjects that I would consider doing a scratch model of in 1/12th scale, but that is not really important. I simply wanted to know which of these was most appealing to others here at F1M.

I'll go with the Williams FW06. I got to sit in it as a kid at the factory in Didcot, back in the day.

Lotus, Shadow and Renault for me. I just dig the aesthetics of them. The Shadow and Renault I'd probably limit myself to something like a Tameo curbside kit since I'd want more of a simple build just to get the shapes into my head, though. And I could see myself doing a Hesketh, but it would definitely be lower on the list. And a step or two below that would be an Interscope Penske, to go with my Interscope Porsche.
But... if you post a list of potential releases, you're gonna get some hop-ons.

Je ne regrette rien.

I picked the PC4 because it was not that popular but Penske is significant in racing.
I picked FW6 because it was a significant start for the success of the Williams team.
I picked RS01 because it was the first turbo engine F1 car.
