Well, the official end to the 2010 Speed-Build has come - well done to everyone who took part!
For those of you who started and/or completed a build during this time, please post a shot of what you completed (even if it's not finished - like mine...) in this thread. Limit of three shots per build please.
Cheers all!
Mark

Re: Speed Build COMPLETED
Hello All,
Amazingly, I managed to finish my Speed Build subject, a S27 Stewart Ford SF-3 I'm not known for making good time on kits, but hey, sometimes things work out. At any rate, here it is.
As always, it's been a pleasure, props to the Captian for keeping a tight ship on this one. I look forward to the next GB.
Cheers,
Chris

Re: Speed Build COMPLETED
I really need a slow-build event; I'm too impatient with these kits. Here's the output from the speedbuild:
1) MP4/4- very satisfying to put together
2) F2001-took a lot longer than I thought, not sure why.
3) got a start on the 1:12 MP4/6
All are simple OOB, and I'm OK with that...

Re: Speed Build COMPLETED
Slow-build ?? You finished 2+ kits within the window, I'd say you need to stop and catch your breath. Nice work on these by the way, they turned out very nice.hquednau wrote:I really need a slow-build event; I'm too impatient with these kits. Here's the output from the speedbuild:
