Leyton House CG901B (rebuild) and MB CLK GTR Original Teile

Post by drledford93 »

Sorry, no pics, but just an update to say I'm 90% finished with the LH and am about 70% finished with my Merc. Will be adding a FW16 in 1/43 (my first) to the queue. I can't believe how much progress I've made since the fire has been lit under my backside!

Can anyone please, please, please(!!!) give me some hints or a link on how to scratch build a set of shocks for F1 cars? The tutorials I've seen for road cars just don't cut it for F1. I know some of you do yours on a mill/lathe, but if anyone else could give me some help, I'd appreciate it! (The shocks on this kit were particularly bad, IMO.)
