www.modellingtools.co.uk

Post by steinietrabi »

Does anyone have any idea or has the same problem that www.modellingtools.co.uk is at a standstill?

I ordered here in April and am still waiting for delivery.
There was an indication that there were delays due to illness. Now there seems to have been a death.
Everything would be understandable to me and I am also waiting persistently for my delivery.

Unfortunately, nobody answers my emails either.
Greetings Thomas

Paul is a stand up guy, I'm sure he'll get with you as soon as he can. I understand it sucks waiting for orders but I've know Paul for years, he'll get it sorted.

Thanks for your feedback, that definitely calms me down again.
I can definitely understand it, especially in the current time it feels more than usual that unforeseen things happen.

When I open the site with my mobile device, I get a message saying that they stay closed until 17th May "due to a serious family illness".
Sadly I get a different message when I open the same site with my PC using the firefox browser:
"21/5/21 My apologies, we will be offline for a little while longer. We have had a death in the family. At the moment we don't what we will be doing or where we will be for the next few days. I am trying to get the last of the orders posted out, when we are around. I'll be checking emails for any questions & support that customer need. Many Thanks Paul & Jackie"

It seems to depend on the browser you use if you can see this message or not.
