At some point, I will explain further the changes to the Forums, what the future plans are, and what happens to the non-Forum portion of F1M. At the moment, I'm still trying to recover from the pre-holiday workload, my work on F1M, and work on the IPMS/USA website & servers.

Re: Forum News
That is absolutely understandable!
I would like to thank you again for your work and your commitment in converting the forum!
It's turned out great and you notice a few more small changes every day.
The forum shines in new splendor and definitely looks fresher.
In addition, many small bugs have been fixed.
Since I have run a forum myself in the past and also have my own website, I know only too well how much work and enthusiasm it takes and is needed!
Thank you Eric!

Re: Forum News
Agree it is much better! It's actually the small things like defaulting to the last post that I really enjoy...

Re: Forum News
I've added a not quite perfect Forum posts box to F1M.com's landing page...

Re: Forum News
Since the site change, when I click on a thread in the 'recent topics' section, it always opens at the last post of that thread (regardless of whether or not I've read the previous posts on an earlier occasion).
But if I go to a different section (questions or WIP for example) and open a thread, it opens at the first post (like it used to do before the update).
Is this intended behaviour/does this happen to everyone.
I don't wish to complain but I don't find it helpful.
Best wishes
Malcolm

Re: Forum News
Hi,
That appears to be how the new system works... and I don't see a setting to change it.

Re: Forum News
It's not a problem, although it does take a bit of getting used to... I don't mind it!!!
I've always believed that you should never, ever give up and you should always keep fighting, even when there's only a slightest chance.
