MFH 1/12th kit for March 2022

Post by F1tommy »

Looks like an early 1930's wire wheel probably Italian. A P3 would be nice.

Why not a Mercedes or Auto Union? Would be GREAT!! We already have a P2 and 8C

The titles are red so Italian?? Could be early postwar also. Show the tire better and we should be able to get closer.

This is not the spoke pattern from a Mercedes or Auto Union. Looks like a Ferrari wheel from the early '50th. Two wing central lock of a front rim. May be a 500 F2, champion ship car 1952 and 1953, or 375 F1, or 355 squalo. Later cars had three wing cenrtal locks.

Hi,

The 1957 Ferrari 801 also have 2 wings central lock nuts on the front wheels…
But the “radiator” shown doesn’t seem to be the 801 one.

It does look like a early 1930's Alfa. Could be a 1750, 2.3 and I hope they do the Mille Miglia versions. I would love a 2.9 MM .
