It's gotta be Lotus?
Possibly something from the latter end of Team Lotus 1990 to 1994!

I don't think it is related to Lotus. The Lotus Team had it's headquaters at Ketteringham hall. A building from the 15th century.
But didn't Williams build a new factory in the 1990's? I remember a story that Ayrton's FW16 chassis was burried in the foundation of a new factory. That might be a strange legends, but it indicates Williams was building something at that time.
Edit:
Found it: Trident Business Park, Didcot

Well "the glory days" does not really fit either Lotus, nor Williams.
The Lotus glory days were really (IMHO) from 1965 to say 1978, after which they not in contention for any championship.
Just as Williams really started to pick up from 1979 to around 1998

Williams was headquartered at Didcot from 1977 to 1994, so that fits.

Don't you think 'Glory days' could refer to the building? The days in which a F1 Team was here from 1977 to 1994?
I think it was a carpet store before, and what did it became after Williams left? Surely nothing spectacular.

Maybe they are making a 1/12th scale model of the 1977-1994 Williams headquarters, and the extra added detail kit will include the nuclear powerplant across the street.
I think it's a championship winning Williams F1 car. Wich one who knows.........

I don't think it's the old williams building. I'm pretty sure this is a new photograph because the fist car behind the building looks like a Range Rover or similar...
