Up in the top left area behind/above the "1/12" it looks to me like a race helmet, but a late one.

I see a face, rather than a helmet. I see the right (his) eye, nose, upper shadowed lip, chin, chubble... and a big forehead. Like an angy baby.
The rest, I see some flips similar to wings of anything between 2006 and nowadays. At the right, some shapes, but nothing indentifyable

Yeah, very abstract. Maybe the font is lauda 312T, or alfa - and perhaps the image is a distorted reflection off a part of the car.
