Cement for Resin and White Metal
I have just cleaned the metal parts on the MFH Matra MS80 (French GP) with my tumbler and I am planning the build. Any recommendations on adhesive/cement for the white metal and resin bits?

Yep. Medium CA. I use that on all my white metal models. If you make a mistake you can undo all with acetone.

If it's a part that needs to adjusted before the adhesive sets use 5 minute or 10 minute epoxy. In both cases roughing up the mating surfaces to increase the surface area (cross-hatch with a knife blade) will strengthen the bond.

Thanks for the 'rough up' hint. Did not think of that.

Nigel,
If the join will be load bearing ( ie: carrying weight ) consider two-part epoxy first. In this situation it is stronger and less brittle than CA glue.
As mentioned previously, roughing up the where the surfaces meet will provide extra adhesion for the glue.
