Great Scott! Definitly not F1 but 1/8 scale....

Post by bcordes »

Hi,

not exactly F1....please delete if this does not fit in here.

This is the Eaglemoss 1/8 scale Delorean. The original kit is very toylike with many Phillips-screws visible so I did a lot of scrathbuilding, 3D printing, etching, turning and milling....... It was a fun project but took about a year to complete.

I hope you like it.

All the best from Germany,

Bodo

waaw, pretty spectacular.
I'm a sucker for hoses & cables & ties, and this build has it all.

I love it!

How many times did you watch the movies to get all the details in all the right places?

I built this subscription model too; there's lots of aftermarket parts to upgrade the electronics including a transformer power supply , so there's only batteries for the remote.

Holy Crap! Incredible detailing. Would have loved to see a W.I.P. for this one.

Congratulations!

Very nice work with many realistic upgrades. I do in fact prefer the regular Delorean but this one is a movie star. Ital Design did amazing work on that body. To bad the real car has such a wimpy motor.
