Just finished Tamiya Leyton House CG901B 1/20 scale as driven by Mauricio Gugelmin. I wanted something differant this time so I added a driver figure which turned out to be fun. Really happy with the way he turned out.
The build went well although the engine cowl was really tight and required some extra care when placing it. The cowl itself had some issues behind the drivers head, extra filling was needed.
I used Gravity Colors Spain GC-1118 Leyton House Aquamarine Blue, the white is from Gravity also and the green is Zero Paints David Piper Green ZP-1008/1316 followed up with Mr Color GX Super Clear 3 for the clear coat.Decals are from Indycals. The carbon is from Studio 27. Driver figure is from the F1 Driver & Technical Engineer set by Tamiya. The rest of the paints used are a mixture of Tamiya Acrylic and Lacquer paints with some Alcad 2.
