WOW! Inspirational, as I too am returning from a roughly 40 year modeling hiatus. I can only dream of reaching some of the craftsmanship I see in these forums. The kits and tools have certainly advanced, but it still takes practice and skill.

Did you post a Work In Progress on this kit anywhere?

I have a w.i.p photo folder. If he needs it, we will send you an e-mail.

I have made a few more MFH models since then (will show soon) and I have the following insights:
- they're expensive :)
- they are not much more complicated in construction than, for example, Tamiya 1/12 F1, but you need to have different tools (mainly for cutting, grinding and drilling) and techniques (epoxy adhesives, white metal soldering)
- these are very detailed sets, but they require research and additions
- MFH produces 3-4 new sets every year in a small amount. They are more unique than for example Tamiya, which has been producing its 1/12 F1 almost unchanged for 50 years

Wow! Great detail and beautiful paint! I love the outdoor setting you have the car in too.

Hi,
It is fantastic result. Very inspiring. I have seen the car in Alfa Museum and fell in love with it. Your build is stunning. Like real one.
