MFH Brabham BT45B

Post by f1fan »

Hello Everyone, Here is my completed BT45B. The kit is one of their proportion kits, so it was missing a lot details. I added wires and hoses, intake screens, coil over shocks, harnesses, nuts and bolts and MFH 1970's slick tires. I painted it with TS8 and cleared it with Matrix 2 part clear.
Thanks for looking, Jere

It is a very nice and clean build.

It will help to give us a better view of the model if the camera is rotated to landscape orientation.

CK,
Thanks . I’ll retake the pictures. I agree they didn’t turn out on as clear as they looked on my phone .

It is Hans Joachim Stuck's 70's birthday today. So you chose a very fitting date to show us your model.

You have built a great looking model. It would look very nice next to one of the Tamiya 1/20 kits from the same season.

Steffen, Wow I did not know that! He was a great driver. Thank you for that info and nice comment!
I’m a big fan of Gordon Murray and his work. This car and “The Fan Car” are my favorites. The only other model I have completed from 1977 is the Tyrrell P34 Monaco version.
Thanks again Jere
