Great work, KB! Looks like you put a lot of effort into the painting, decals, and additional engine bay details. But thanks for proving that an FW16B conversion is do-able - with some hard work!

Cheers,
Chris

Hi everyone!

Thankyou so much for the kind words, I'm glad that you like it.

It was one of those projects where the more you research, the more

you find that needs changing! Diffuser, Rear Wing, Cockpit opening, AirBox,

Front Wing, Barge Boards, even "standard stuff" I initially thought wouldn't need

to be changed like the SidePod intake opening shape or the Side Pod undercut, just

about everything was altered. Well worth it though :-)

Great conversion, a lot of work to change the kit to B-spec - you pulled it off, congrats!

I was more than happy to add this to the conversions Thread but really hadn't expected a reply after all this time!! Crikey, 8 years ago! So pleased it's still appreciated. :D

I absolutely loved this project. At the time I hadn't envisaged it as anything more than a stand alone, one off. How wrong I was, it was the start of something much larger :D
