I am guessing that it has been since the last update of the forum that when I open up any thread, it now starts at the last comment posted. Before it started at the first. This is quite annoying, especially when opening up a sunject for the first time and it is many pages long.
Is there a way that I can change this back to "the way we were"?

If you click the furthers icon on the left of the link, it shows the first unread post I believe. Going to the most recent post was an intentional decision at one point as the other option was to always show the first post.

Would be a good enhancement if the user had the choice of seeing the first or last post in each thread
