When I continued with the FW09 today, I also found a photo from 1984 ...
The longer, narrow stickers with the orange "DO NOT CRUSH" were already available here!

To bring in a timeline, the first car i found was Lotus 88 in 1981 where the stickers appierd and the last year they where used was 1998, the last year Goodyear supplied F1.
Good catch Thomas, looks like the early years run with the long sticker and somewhere around 1989 or 1990 they switched to the black and white large type ones till around 1994,1995 or 1996? 1996 was the first car i found the large scale with the blue and yellow headline.

Yes, I think swithes were from/to the years 1988/1989 and 1994/1995.
